Carol-Ann Duke

Carol-Ann Duke qualified as a solicitor in December 1996. Originally from Cardiff, Carol-Ann relocated to the North West in 1997 and joined GLP as the Managing Solicitor of the Prestwich office in November 2006.

Carol-Ann specialises in Family and Personal Injury work.

Carol-Ann is able to assist in all areas of Family work, including divorce, separation and cohabitee disputes, financial and property disputes and all issues relating to children.

She has experience in all types of Personal Injury cases and has practised in this area since qualification. Carol-Ann takes a keen interest in the local area and sits as a member of the Prestwich Local Area Partnership.

Carol-Ann is a Specialist Accredited member of Resolution with specialism, in Advanced Financial Provision and Private Law Children.

Mr M thought he had missed the chance to bring a claim against his employer for a tripping accident at work over two years ago, however GLP moved swiftly and efficiently resulting in an award of £7,000 for an exacerbation of a back injury.

We brought a claim for personal injury following a road traffic ( hit in rear) accident however, GLP did not accept that this was simply a whiplash injury and after obtaining specialist medical evidence from an orthopaedic surgeon we achieved an award of £10,000 for the injured party.
