Angela is a serious Injury Lawyer at GLP, Bury, and has more than 15 years experience handling all types of personal injury claims specialising in serious and catastrophic injury cases (spine, brain, serious orthopaedic) and fatal accidents.

In addition, she specialises in criminal injury cases, regularly helping victims of violent crimes, rape and sexual abuse make an application for compensation to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority or make a civil claim directly against the offender or institute at fault.

Angela is involved in training of Police Family Liaison Officers and provides training and advice to external bodies regarding the Civil Legal System and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.

Angela has completed a Road Safety Graduate Diploma for Brake the road safety charity and is trained to provide road safety education.

Angela became a Partner within Fentons Solicitors LLP in 2006 and joined Slater and Gordon following the acquisition of Fentons Solicitors LLP in September 2013 when she became a Principle Lawyer. In addition she was Practice Group Leader and Local Practice Development Leader for Road Traffic Collision specialising in serious and life changing injury cases and fatal accidents.

Angela studied at Humberside University in Hull, obtaining a degree in Law and Business. She completed her legal practice course at Manchester Metropolitan University.

Angela qualified in September 2001.
